Brief life history of President Obama

Born in a Kenyan father and American mother, Barack Obama, has a multiracial heritage. He made history when he was elected 44th President of the United States of America, as it is the first African American in this position. Although young and inexperienced, he did not spend much time in Washington; Barack Obama worked in the past twenty years as a community organizer, civil rights lawyer, constitutional law professor, state senator and then U.S. senator.

Childhood

Commonly referred to Barry during his childhood, he was born Barack Hussein Obama II on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, Hawaii. His father, Barack Obama Senior was a Luo ethnicity in Kenya. Hussein was their middle name as Barack Obama's father, a senior converted to Islam, but initially they were Christians. Barack's mother, Ann Dunham was an American brought up in Kansas. His parents met in college at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where his father came as an international student. They married and Obama was born in the near future. When Obama was two years old, his parents separated and then divorced in 1964. Obama and his mother came to stay with his maternal grandparents in the area of Manoa.

Meanwhile, his father received a master's degree in economics from Harvard after which he returned to Kenya. Form of his father and marry another, Barack has two sisters and five brothers, half of all of them in Kenya. His father became finance minister in Kenya and eventually died in an automobile accident in 1982. Before his death, his father met Obama only once, in 1971, when he visited Hawaii. Thus, all he knows about his father is through his stories and photographs. Obama's mother married an Indonesian student Lolo Soetoro, while they were at Manoa. In 1967, Obama with his mother and stepfather moved to Jakarta, Indonesia. It was a time when Suharto came to power in Indonesia and all residents and students studying abroad have been recalled home ground. Obama S only half sister from his mother on the side, Maya Soetoro-Ng, was born in Jakarta. In Indonesia, Barack attended all local schools where the medium language of Indonesian. Prior to his fourth grade he was in Indonesia, after which he moved with his grandparents in Honolulu, Hawaii. He remained with him until his graduation.Heritage

Barack Obama admitted that he struggled in his first years of childhood to find answers about his multicultural, multi-racial heritage. As a very young child, he found difficult to accept such a huge difference between his mother and father with skin color. In his own words he says he's middle-class upbringing. As a teenager, he even used cocaine, marijuana and alcohol to deal with its internal conflicts, is that he regrets later. Now he thinks it was a big mistake, and it was morally wrong. He never touched illegal drugs again after those years.
