Introduction

The matter of this study is of great importance to the legal world. Since this study will discuss one of the cornerstones of our democratic state of law, the principle of equality. It will also show the analysis, which signifies the issues regarding educational training within the equality context. It will also focus on the importance of its effective practices, seeking to demonstrate that the principles are useless if they remain in the virtual dimension of desire.

The major consideration should be given on the citizens who have forgotten by the state, in the matter of society that does not pretend to know all of the percentage ratios as small amount are justifiable, in the eyes of the rulers.
