Introduction

The process of counseling plays a vital role in research, education, career development and other fields. LGBT is an acronym used, as a collective term to refer to Lesbian, Gay, bisexual and Transgender. This term refers to transgender, transsexual and transgender. Moreover, many individuals, communities and organizations have differing opinions because it is a very personal subject. Various mental organizations do not considering homosexuality a mental disorder. They require better training, education by mental health practitioners.
