Introduction

This paper intends to explore the concept of Court room management. The major focus of this paper is on the purpose of the court and its responsibilities. Further, it also discusses the obligations and duties of the judge and the code of conduct, the most powerful authority present in the court room. In addition to this, it explains the strategic planning and a vision that is involved in the court room management. Moreover, it explains the court consolidation and that how majority of the State courts did not employ the court consolidation.

Discussion

The essence of the court is to provide justice and at theme time exercised by independent Court Judge. Justice is the right of each person to a fair and public hearing without undue delay by a competent, impartial and independent judge. The right to a fair trial is also guaranteed to keep other rights and freedom. Only fair judicial process unit can be expected to protect their rights and freedoms.

The specific role of judges is therefore to provide each person the right to a fair trial court, understood not only as an end in itself, but also as means of protection of other rights and freedoms. For this reason, the right attitude of judges and their responsible behavior, underpinned by knowledge and experience are the highest respect for the rights and guarantees holds essential importance for the understanding of social justice.

Judges have the duty to respect the office of the judge and to make every effort in order to maintain and enhance public confidence in the judicial dimension justice. Judges Code of Conduct is to establish criteria for assessing the behavior of the Judges and ethical standards of conduct. Irresponsible and wrong is not only the judge's conduct that leads to the infringement of the right to a fair trial or undermine the confidence to social justice and the court of law in general, but also the Judge proceedings, which may cause a feeling that it diminishes the ability of the judge to perform the duties of his office in a fair, impartial and professional way.
