Creative Thinking

Introduction

Life is a continuous flow of situations; the constant change in itself implies the emergence of problems that the business organizations are required to solve. Solution of the problems through creatively helps the organizations to generate a differential benefit over the competition (Chloe, 2012, pp.45-232). But getting creative thinking is not simple, humans usually keep a mental model that stifles creativity, certain structures or mental parameters of people limit creative thinking, which is why it is necessary to work together, so that the blocks of any member of the team can be saved easily by someone else with a different mental model. Aristotle believed that a person is born with gifts and powers that can only be developed with troubleshooting (Joan, n.d.pp.12-15). The organization, being a "social organism" can learn in the process of solving problems, as long as the members of the organization have some openness to learn from continuous change. Creativity is required to make the difference in a competitive market. The successful organizations are able to be more creative and innovative while stimulating thinking "out-of-the-box" with their employees. Creative enterprises not only have more successes, they also know better how they can retain competent employees and absenteeism low (Edward, 1995, pp. 101-267). This paper focuses on the practice, and provides some techniques to adapt facilitate and quantify the creative process.

Discussion

There are number of difficulties that people have to solve story problems can come from using wrong schema. Finding resolution, subject compares the results obtained with the data that poses the problem. But in all cases the train of thought is determined by an algorithm uniquely (infallible operating system) since the logic condition of the problem. In solving a complex problem, the situation is different, the subject has to find for himself what the way of resolution of the problem is, it should be discarded and highlight incorrect steps correct. This implies that in the solution of complex problems must be creative thinking. However, a problem arises always, to the subject, the subject matter, which occurs in certain conditions in which the subject is to be guided, highlighting the most important thing, after confronting the component parts (Leigh & Thompson, 1999, pp. 163). The previous work is the basis of the intellectual guidance and allows for the solution strategy, its general outline.

Reflect

A person need the following knowledge to solve these problems: a) linguistic knowledge, b) semantic knowledge c) schematic knowledge (knowledge of the types of problems), d) operational knowledge (knowledge of how to perform the sequence of operations or know the exact algorithm to perform the task), and e) strategic knowledge (techniques to solve the problem). A strategy is a general technique that guides problem solving (Eugene, 2010, pp. 23-298).

Cognitive Thinking

The historical-cultural psychology emphasizes that the most peculiar thought perhaps is the most important to humans under which manifests, is the solution and problem formulation. Human thought are allowed to: a) organize, analyze and synthesize information b) to relate the facts perceptible to certain categories; c) exceed frames ...
