After thoroughly analysis all the five articles it can be said that these articles have played a pivotal role, and endowed significant contributions in the field of nursing.

The researcher aims to determine as though what the term discharge signifies to the nurses and their perception towards the process and procedures, as well as the various forms of involvement of nurses in the discharge procedures.

The methods opted for this study mainly encompassed a qualitative approach, with the hospital chosen for the conduction of the research aimed at a metropolitan hospital that encompasses extensive medical care and personnel.
