1 (a): The specific view of language is related to the applied evaluation approach. Language is linked with behavior, consciousness etc. It is based on neurological approach that means it doesn't work and exist without nervous system of the person using the words. We create language from the spiral feedback mechanism that affects the way we use language. This individual process is highly influenced by culture and community of others they belong to. This approach is termed as “linguistic relativity”. It has a history in western culture about hundred years ago. For those people who adopt linguistic relativity involves language and culture, consciousness and behavior that develop and operate through individual experience of life. As a matter of fact that these people are not isolated from each other, they are considered as separately.

1 (b): In brief, we define and see the world through the construction of our languages including our behavior, institutions, society, attitudes, international relations etc. these all are functionally interrelated and align with the element of language that we use in our daily conversations and communication with others. We are living in the world of our words. Korzybski explained that we humans are so advance in technology and science that we get confused and often misunderstand and harshness in our words and interactions with others and ourselves. In the book of “Science and Sanity, is no coincidence”, Korzybski explained that the main models of evaluating excellence include science and mathematics (Korzybski, 1994).
