Introduction

Depression could be explained as a medical condition, which could become a cause of a wide range of physical and physcological disturbances. According to a research it was estimated that almost four to eight percent of adolescents suffer from depression. Depression in adolescents is explained as a disorder that leads to discouragement, sadness and a loss of interest in the daily activities in the adolescents. However, it is very hard to diagnose an adolescent with depression, because the detection of its symptoms is very tough in adolescents (French, A. P. et.al. 1979).
