The purpose of this assignment is to discuss the “Differences in Political System & Cultural Economy”. The economy of culture is an area that is gaining increasing relevance today. Experiences are being developed that show the barriers to work and relate the economy and culture, difficulties in collecting statistical data. Political economy and system studies the relationships that individuals establish among themselves to organize collective production, particularly those relationships that are established between the owners of the means of production and those who do not possess. Introduction

The political system of society or political organization of society - organized in a single normative value based on a set of interactions (relations), political actors involved in the exercise of power ( government ) and the management company .This concept combines a variety of actions and relations of ruling groups and subordinates, managers and managed, dominant and subordinate, in theory, summarizes the activities and the relationship of organized forms of power relations - the state and other institutions and agencies, as well as ideological and political values and norms that regulate the political life of members of the society. The concept of "political system" means a characteristic of a particular structure of political society activities and relationships and the types of the political process (Joseph, 2010).

The Founding Fathers grappled with the political system development during the 18th century when they drafted the U.S. Constitution. Ever since, it has sparked debate over the nature of the nation's political system. This paper explores the similarities and differences of two political systems, i.e. Direct Democracy and Communism.

Structure of the Political System

The structure of political systems indicates what elements it consists of, how they are interconnected. There are the following components of the political system:

Organizational (institutional) components - the political organization of society, which includes the state, political parties and movements, social organizations and associations, labor groups, pressure groups, trade unions, churches, the media (Ingham, 2008).

Cultural component - political consciousness, which characterizes the psychological and ideological aspects of political power and the political system (political culture, political ideas / ideology).

Normative component - socio-political and legal norms governing the political life of society and the implementation of political power, traditions and customs, moral standards.

Communicative component - information communication and political relations developing between the elements on the political authorities, as well as between the political system and society.

Functional component - political practice, which consists of forms and directions of political activity, and methods of exercising power.

The political system is being caused by socio-economic structures, appears to them to the whole social environment as a whole, and functions as a relatively independent set of social institutions and political relations.
