Introduction

Since the end of the Cold War, public diplomacy has been a little hectic. America is a nation built on an idea, more specifically, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights. This is the reason why a new debate has arisen these days that whether the traditional diplomacy is working these days or a modern diplomacy should be followed by the nations.
