Business is the trade which got done with all business man. Different organizations have different group of people, who work according to their capabilities. Some are passionate employees, who have performance more than what got expected from them. On the other hand, there are some employees, who are average, and their performance remains constant throughout the year. Thus, these are different groups where people work. Each work environment, and organization have distinct and weak cohesive groups. These groups perform according to their expectations. As it is said that, “Everything in access is bad,” similarly, even in these groups, constantly working within strong, cohesive group has disadvantages.
