The value and importance of art cannot be denied from human life as the Art plays a major role in making the lives of people rich. It is a fact that art not just establish a significant link between an artist and its audience but also impact the minds of audience. The history of art has travelling through ages and brought many benefits to the mankind (Hagtvedt, 2008). There is no doubt about the fact that many new artists came to the fore in during 19th century including Matisse, Cezanne, Rodin, etc. who were recognized as masters during their era. In their work presented the articulation of linear perception from individuals' perspective, reflection of classical poetics, antiquarianism, politics and society. In fact, painting was the main characteristic of art that can be seen as a strong illustration of humanist ideals. This period allowed painters to render a classic work containing depth and symbolism. This remarkable development in painting also motivated foreign artists, who were eager to learn new techniques of oil painting, to flock to the region (Stokstad & Cothren, 2010).

Through their work, the artist of this era presented different aspects of life in an understandable way including the aspects of happiness, sadness, love, death. In addition, it can also be seen in the work of above mentioned artists that they portrayed different stages of life from birth, youth, middle age, old-age to death. It would not be wrong to say that art has proved to be a powerful language to communicate psychological and social issues to a mass audience (Stokstad & Cothren, 2010). It is also a fact that impact of political changes is obvious in the artistic work of the artists of this era that developed a significant political sense during that time.
