Introduction

I have conducted two interviews with two different researchers who have completed major research projects. One of them is Ben Rafoth who has directed the writing center at Indiana University of Pennsylvania for the past 20 years, and he currently directs the graduate program in Composition and TESOL there and has written lots of research projects.
