Dr. Strangelove

Introduction

The work of Stanley Kubrick's was banned in France for 20 years. The work of "Lolita" Kubrick had to rewire, to let her in the rolling and yet the film has caused a lot of discontent on the part of critics. But this film was even scandalous. I mean that in this film Kubrick would cripple even as it was written in one article of the time. A journalist and wrote: "Stanley Kubrick must cripple for this film." And yet not many people through the time this film was a classic. Dr. Strangelove is a 1964 film that was created and instructed by Stanley Kubrick. It is a dark-colored funny whose tale is incredibly near to the much more serious film Fail-Safe. Dr. Strangelove is depending on the serious novel Red Aware by Chris Henry. Kubrick determined to convert the tale into a funny. The tale reveals the absurdities of the atomic hands competition and authorities of both The U. s. Declares and The Communist Partnership are provided almost as comedian caricatures of extremely placed govt bureaucrats.

Discussion

I must say that this film is very relevant for its time. At a time when World War III could begin any day now. And this is a movie that is both laugh, and scare. More precisely frightened, at the time when he was shot. Now it's just very funny. In an interview with production designer Ken Adam said that once the shooting of the movie people came from the intelligence agencies and they were amazed at the relevance of this film.

Many consider the film anti-war. Maybe I disagree with them. In general, the word "anti" in the film pushes me a bit. As well as propaganda. Because those films are usually imposed on the viewer opinion, they say, what to do. But in Kubrick's okay. This film, like "Paths of Glory" is not trying to defend his opinion. Do not try to force something to the viewer. "Dr. Strangelove" just tells what the madness was going on in the world at that time. Of course not everything that is shown in the film's true, but the stories of his contemporaries, while actually reigned madness. And this film is not transferred to the sides. Russian or American, or perhaps the Germans were all the same. Everything in this film behave like idiots, even though they are idiots. A General Ripper is worth. And although the plot of the film revolves around the fact that the Ripper had done, the film shows much more than a crazy one general. As I wrote above, the film shows the folly of the time.

Stanley Kubrick's new movie, known as Dr. Strangelove or: How I Discovered to Quit Stressing and Really like the Explosive device, is beyond any concern the most accidently damaging tired scam I've ever come across. And I say that with complete storage of some of the harsh ones I've observed from Mort Sahl, some of the shows I've seen by Charles Addams, and some of the products I've study in Mad journal.
