Inclusion means that all the members irrespective of their personal, social or cultural. One is to obtain an organization in which there is no "entry requirements", and mechanisms of selection or discrimination any kind, an organization that substantially modify its structure, functioning and pedagogical approach to meet the educational needs of each and every one of the individuals, including those with disabilities. From this perspective, the organization must adapt to these changes. Therefore, the inclusion must involve a search process that each organizational community must lead out to find best and most effective ways to respond to student diversity (Lenehan, 2004, pp. 112-117).
