In this research we are analyzing two articles, the changing world is demanding more complex skills . Gilbert (2000) and Wray (2006) note that reading is a complex skill that requires rapid processing of information. Today, virtually all jobs, particularly high-paying jobs, require reading proficiency, where employees read and communicate effectively (Bottoms, 2004). Bottoms (2004) pointed out that today's job market requires employees to be able to read and communicate effectively.
