Learning continues all one's life. It is through academic achievements and endeavors that one comes across various experiences along with a professional support that is essential to gain intellectual competencies in life. I recently completed my Microsoft Office Specialist Certification is Equal Opportunity Advisor for the Navy (EOA). This was something that intrigued my interest all my life. Microsoft's ability to use networking technologies and management is a specialized testament through which the trainee professional, management, and maintenance of networks use different tools and solutions to solve real-life problems. This certificate is granted to professional programmers who see them in their ability to use Microsoft technologies and data packets for programming in the development and maintenance of web applications, software, and fit this certificate programmers, analysts, engineers, systems and ad hoc programs, applications, and developers of systems and programs. In the MOS certification program consists of a set of preliminary on-line tests, certification exams in your chosen program, as well as tutorials, illustrating the basic tasks in different applications.

EOA entails the tasks to become an Equal Opportunity Advisors across the Commander, and Navy Installations Command enterprise. These personnel are responsible to guide and assist sailors in the regions for their sexual harassment complaints and queries for equal opportunities. The navy's strategy for diversity and capital human strategy is also a responsibility of the EOA to deliver the required information and convey righteous provisions for the sailors of the region. The range of his job includes providing training, assistance in command assessments and handling the complaints that are received.
