For simple team work or interaction, Communication is a very important factor. Open communication is a crucial aspect of effective teamwork. Open communication enables the members of the team to express feelings, articulate plans, share ideas and understand viewpoints of each other. Sorting out the complications that prevail in the process of communication is a challenge for sustaining and developing effective teamwork. It is important to communicate the major values of a business, services and product in a persuasive convincing manner to meet the requirements of a client, in order for a business to be successful. Process of Making Employees Aware of Organization Goals, Mission and Vision

This process contains three major steps:

Diagnosis

Intervention

Evaluation

These three steps are same as the process of planned change, as it is in actual a specialized sort of effort to bring in change. This process is more prone to be started while the top management has a belief that the company is lacking in the functional part on the whole.

Diagnosis

The first initiative that is to be taken is the diagnosis of the current situation of the organization. The top management of school can analyse the situation and come up with the intervention strategy that is training session for existing and new educator or staff.

Intervention

Subsequent to the diagnosis stage the educational institute can come up with intervention strategies and implement it with the assistance of change agents. Some intervention strategies are Process consultation, team building, and third party intervention and techno structural activities. In process consultation the institute shows concerns for the interpersonal associations and performance of work group. The institute can adopt process consultation strategy and can intervene and train employees for the upcoming goals and objectives of the institute along with the vision and mission statement of the institute. Moreover, the institute can provide material on suitable goals of curricular and standards of performance for the variety of knowledge.

Evaluation

After the intervention, the institute can evaluate the quality of training by evaluating the reflection of organisational goals, mission and vision statement in the performance of the staff and provide feedback to them.

Evaluation is the key to judge any practice and it provides as the measurement to investigate how much input is turned into a progressive output. In recent times there are a lot of evaluation made in education and learning. The activities related to learning have directly affected the relevant practice of the childcare learning in their personal development.

The concept of practice evaluation and learning activities is focused at the improvement of learning undertaken with particular groups and individuals, which includes children and young people, and to the other participants' development. It is vital for the learning process and it's working. Practitioners have to choose the ultimate methods of dealing with various situations of learning and how individuals and teams can solve the problems.
