Introduction

The problem of disability is a societal problem that requires a multitude of barriers that prevent disabled people realize their rights. This basic principle requires the company to remove barriers: physical, information, access to justice and others that came creating for centuries and it is hard to shake instantly. But is fundamental and must be combated.

Thesis

The elimination of barriers for physically handicapped must be done by the state performs it centrally. This ensures the efficiency of the processes.

Planning for Barrier-Free Municipalities

There are various options and ideas of universal design as municipalities, urban planners, architects, contractors and other professionals can integrate the new development, as well as public facilities and places available external to ensure accessibility.

Transportation
