Emotion is one of the most controversial topics in psychology, a source of intense debate and controversy, from the earliest philosophers and other thinkers to this day. Most psychologists might agree on the description of emotions, for example, what events to include in the discussion of emotions. Enumeration of these emotions are called "components of emotions here. These components are distinguished on the basis of physiological or psychological factors, and includes the emotions a person, emotion, and emotion elicitors neural processes (Ben-Zeev, 2000). In some theories, emotional expression is regarded as an integral aspect of emotions. Some theorists have proposed that emotional expression is the experience of emotion, which includes quality felt emotions. William James, professor at Harvard in the late 19 th century, is well-known proponent of the view that the perceived bodily changes in emotion is an emotional experience, but without this perception, emotions will be pale and colorless. James argued strongly that there is no thing in mind, which is called rainfall emotions bodily activity, but rather the opposite. James has collaborated with the Germans, Lang, a student of Wundt, who independently proposed a similar theory to develop the idea. James thought that the body acted as a sounding board, struck the nerve impulses to create a wave of change, which could then be sensed in the brain, as the quality of emotional feelings (broad, 1971). Thus, the varieties and shades of feeling are endless, as bodily neural structures that actions can create emotions and categories are arbitrary and academic. James himself suggested that the crucial test of this hypothesis in experiments where the nature of neural system is damaged so that the bodily changes can not be sensed. Although some experiments on this topic were reported in the literature, their interpretation is problematic, although generally regarded as a lack of support for the hypothesis of James. Another aspect of James theory of emotion is that the bodily changes in the nervous system is carried out directly in the process, only a bit more complex than a reflex or instinctual reactions (Charland, 1997). More recent studies have shown that some emotional changes, and may take longer to occur. James thought that every instinctual response sets of emotions, but there are many other sources of emotional response that can be as serious as anger or thin, as aesthetic appreciation of beauty. He believes the brain centers are not specific to emotion or any particular emotion, the idea that recent research raises serious doubts. He argued that people differ in their ability to retain and recall the experience of emotion, and to what extent they experienced the emotions in general. Repeated emotion leads to atrophy more than other types of feelings. He thought that the facial expressions and other bodily changes as a result of a weakened previously repetitive actions benefit or continue to be a useful physiological reactions (Ekman, 1972).
