While considering any organization employee legislation plays an important role while considering the employees concerns and resolving their issues. Every organization is wholly responsible for their employees. While, on the other hand employee is also responsible for his work and he should comply with the policies and rules at work and avoid violating them. It is a two way process where employees should fulfill their work while organizations should keep focus on employees concerns.

For example if I am working in any environment so I should be responsible and determined to work. Employee's wages should be according to wages being provided to them. They should expect their rights are not being upheld by the organization. As an employee I should carry out work which should regard the safety of others. The terms and conditions regarding work should be clear to the employees. Any discrimination regarding work should be brought under consideration. It can be explained in this sense that if an employee wants a leave so he should write his concern to the higher authorities as a result of which he should be given preference and according to the organization's policies, he should be facilitated according to it (Jasper, 2006).

Performance management plays an important role in improving the organization's performance. It leads to the organizations success overall. Employee's performance is evaluated individually on the basis of their performance. These objectives should be set according to the standards which should be according to the rate of work being taken from employees. The level of performance measured should be according to the recent methods and it should be accurate. These performance objectives should be reviewed with time, so that any kind of flaws can be avoided. Effective performance objective should be accurate and achievable by the employees. While, if any deviation comes these objectives should be reviewed again. The duties and tasked mentioned in the job description should be achievable and performance should be according to it. These objectives implied on me tell me about my performance where I am standing and whether I am fulfilling the objectives or not (Jasper, 2006).

Performance appraisal is considered as a process during which the performance of employees is being reviewed. This process tells about the outcome of employee's performance. If the employee's are performing efficiently then their performance is appraised and they are given promotion. Employee's performance as mentioned above should be evaluated individually. It provides a source of motivation and feedback regarding the performance of employees. Managers should be provided guidance and training in order to conduct performance appraisals. Those appraisals which are well qualified they help employees to improve their performance. As far as my individual performance is concerned so it should be according to my performance and I should be evaluated on this basis. When entering the organization.
