ABSTRACT

This study would be based on determining the impact of employee happiness on the productivity. The key reason for choosing this study was to know the role of management in motivating employees in an organization. The aim of the study is to determine if employee happiness helps in driving profits. There are many challenges being faced by many companies in this competitive business environment. The main challenge being faced today is to acquire and retain the right workforce. The study would be based on descriptive as well as explanatory research design. . This study sample is based on 10 organizations among which surveys will be distributed and the mangers of the organizations demonstrate their responses about employee happiness. The findings of the study demonstrated that employee happiness plays a significant role in improving the organizational processes and it helps in increasing the effectiveness of the organization. Despite these limitations, the present study contributed to research on the development of a positive work environment and supports future research on the subject. This research would be helpful in understanding more clearly the relation of employee happiness and company profits. The cultural approach to organizational communication may also be appropriately applied in the context of contributions to a positive work environment.

This topic of the study was considered significant to be chosen as it consists of significant importance for research in the perspective of workplace happiness.
