Minimum Wage Overtime Pay

The employees of Unilever will earn according to the per day working hours. This law is implemented for both part time and full time workers. Every employee should complete its daily working hour in office. This law comes under Fair Labor Standards Act. Employees should follow the rule and regulation working hour. If employees work more than the hours they are suppose to then overtime pay will be given. Overtime pay is only for the labors that covered under manufacturing units.

Wage Garnishment

The company shall withhold the wages according to the court or any federal law agency. This act works according to the Consumer Credit Protection. The company shall not be responsible for the delay in wages. The company will pay the amount to the employee when the law case is free (Mamic, 1997).

Child Labor Protection

Child Protection Program aims to protect children from violence, abuse and exploitation, on the national agenda and make it a leading position in it.
