Introduction

For any organization to achieve success and meet its set goals, a strong relation between the management and employers should be in place. Both tend to be interdependent, and none of the wings can perform in isolation in order to turn achieve success. However, there are various factors, which tend to, contribute in the development of a strong relation between the two wings of any organization. In order to establish, a strong relationship between the management and the employer both needs to know of their limitations (Koontz & Weihrich, 2007). It is vital for the interest of any organization because, by doing so; it will help both to mark of their areas and, therefore, the interference in each other's work. For any organization, to achieve success the employer and its management should be on the same pageEvery person shares a relation with his or her colleagues in the organization. I also work at 7-Eleven and Gas station. This relation can be good, so-so or disputed. The relation can be between anyone in the workplace - between employees, co-workers, managers, superiors and so on. It is vital for all the employees to maintain a healthy relation among themselves in order to deliver best performances.

A person spends most of his hours in the workplace and it his most time with as I did 7-Eleven and Gas station. Conflicts and misunderstandings will only add tensions and stress in the workplace and among the employees. It would also gradually decrease the productivity rate. It is vital for the organization to maintain a healthy environment in the workplace. No person can work in an isolated environment. He needs the support of his fellow co-workers in order to bring out his best results, same as the experience at 7-Eleven and Gas station.Another crucial factor, which can harness, the relationship between the two is the trimming down of the communication barrier. If both tends, to communicate clearly with each other than the strong relationship will be developed at the same point of time. However, both needs to understand and respect each other needs and craft or constitute a way to meet each other set objective. If both tends, to work as per their limitations than the conflict will cease to exist. However, in the context of this paper we will be analysing the key factors which tends to shape up the relationship of the employee with the employer (Ulrich, 1990).

My Prior Experience

Companies take employee relation as the bridge to meet the organizational success and goals. Previously I was the owner at gas station and 7-eleven. While working at these places I learned a lot in building employee relation. Work place environment doesn't mean that assigning work to the employee and expect full result, but it also requires commitment with the organization as well as employee.
