Business operating in the country plays a vital role in the development and growth of the country all over the world, doing business in not a great deal. However, doing business ethically is tough and it requires real dedication and hard work, now the question arises that what are ethical behavior of business (Bazerman, H, M and Tenbrunsel, E, A, 2011).

The normal ethical practices of the business include that you are operating according to the law of the country and fulfilling all the moral responsibilities toward the people of the country. Customer's essential part of the business and relationship with them counts in the success of the business and leaving your customer for the matter of profit is considered to be the wrong ethical behavior.

Being in the world of globalization all the companies has set ethical behavior has a high priority among them, there are certain codes of ethics that enable the organization to move forward while adapting ethical behavior in all its operation, and there is enough room of improvement in these code of ethics.
