The entrepreneur is a person who, individually or collectively, sets objectives and making strategic decisions about goals, means, the administration and monitoring of the business and assumes legal responsibility for commercial and external dealings. Another definition would be that according to which the employer is defined as the natural person or legal entity with legal capacity and in a professional manner combined capital and labor in order to produce goods and / or services to be placed on the market and obtain the More often, a benefit. The term usually applies to the upper layers of the so-called management- executive directors (Minniti, Maria, 2010, p. 305-314). It may suggest that the role of the entrepreneur is three distinct functions: the owner, capitalist or financial, that of manager or administrator and the entrepreneur or innovator and maker of risks. In today's world, the concept of entrepreneur is closely linked to the concept of enterprise, conceived as socio-economic reality. The employer customizes the performance of the company, and is the representative figure, according to their motivations, pursuing objectives consistent with the purpose to be achieved by the company in a time interval. In short, the employer is established as individual or collective body responsible for managing (establishing business goals and decision making appropriate to achieve). The characteristic functions of the entrepreneur can be grouped into two, those who believe that the economic role of the entrepreneur is characterized by risk taking and the prestige of the company, and other is based on the believe of most of the individuals that the main function is to control the policy and the economic process (Deakins, Freel, 2009, p. 33-38).
I believe that an entrepreneur is a sharp minded individual with lots of innovative ideas and one who is not afraid of taking risks. Furthermore, I believe that an entrepreneur is an individual who would always look at the positive side of the statement, 'High risk, high return'(Deakins, Freel, 2009, p. 33-38). Therefore, I suggest that I am entrepreneurial, as I find all these qualities in myself, as I am a person who is not afraid of taking risks, in order to get higher returns and one who likes to work in tough and critical situations (Zahra, Gedajlovic, et al, 2009, p. 519-532).
Being entrepreneurial would be beneficial for the organization because of the fact that though there would be certain risks involved, yet, on the other hand, there would also be huge amounts of returns to go with it. Furthermore, it can also be said that no organization can flourish without being entrepreneurial (Fauchart, Gruber, 2011, p. 935 - 957).
In order to define the biggest personal weaknesses in relation to the entrepreneurial capabilities, it is important to first define the essential characteristics of entrepreneurs. On the way to independence, it always comes back to you as a person: How do they cope with challenges? Can they deal with setbacks? A company needs to bring certain properties, so he gives up on the rocky road of independence and ...
