An entrepreneur is an employer that it is capable of putting something (effort, time and resources) to implement and develop a production and service to the satisfaction of certain needs and desires in society in exchange for a profit or benefit. Entrepreneur is an enterprising merchant and is capable of businesses big turnover. He is a bold, decisive and courageous kind of person. The entrepreneurial function applies in the case of private business person.

Right to business is one of the fundamental human rights and is protected by the constitution. This constitutional right is actually inseparable from the right to freely dispose of their property and engaging in economic activities. Therefore, entrepreneurs and citizens call themselves doing business occasionally, without any documents, entitling them to engage in this activity, for example, a person reselling the goods.

A merchant is someone who is engaged in the production of commercial transactions on his own behalf and other business operations as well. Following are the two core concepts of entrepreneurship:

Individual entrepreneur

He is a natural person duly registered and carrying on business without a legal entity (Martinelli 1994, pp 503).

Entrepreneurship

It is an independent business activity, carried out at a person's own risk activities aimed at maximizing profit from the use of property, sale of goods, works or services.

Nature of Enterprise Culture

Culture is associated with strong high level of productivity and job satisfaction among workers and vice versa. In the case of weak culture in an enterprise, there are chances less productivity and less job satisfaction among employees (Reynolds, 1992, Pp 15).

The more elements of culture and positive force, the lower the degree of career frustration among workers and vice versa.

Culture leads to increasing the effectiveness, cohesion of the institution and collective action in the communication system. Where the culture is weak in organizations, it leads to differences and hatred between individuals and the organization as a whole.

Successful organizations are characterized by high-performance culture that they have a strong regulatory. The most important characteristic of an organization is that it is homogeneous. This means that all members of an organization are working within the framework of values ??and there is a clear understanding between all of them.

The culture is homogenous and acceptable. An organization may or may not have any culture at all. In such a culture, there is no agreement or consensus among the members until the values ??and principles and workers need guidance. In such places, there is a stiff behavior, which is least acceptable in formal organizations.

On the other hand, the strong institutions focus on the needs and demands of internal and external clients and their short and long term goals. They also satisfy the pride workers with respect to their performances. Those levels of performance may not be lacking such a culture and may also increase the level of performance with the passage of time.
