Clearly, BP's troubles are not limited only to the environmental hazard and object on the Green-groups shouting slogans and curse. The company is facing some seriously significant time at the stock markets too, due to some problems faced by the company, the shares of the company are been decreasing in the market . As the company's stock continuously started to fall. BP has faced up to the challenges posed by the broadening CSR agenda. BP has received a negative attention based on CSR issues, at least compare to other companies like Shell and Total and Shell is the competitor of BP. In fact, BP has in recent years received growing recognition in terms of its affirmative contributions to the CSR activities by demonstrating leadership, and in some ways acting as a means for changes in the oil industry as a whole. For example, many NGOs have publicly recognized BP for being among the first oil company to support a human rights policy, for its early position on managing the organizational change issue, and for setting new standards in areas such as lucidity.
