Event That Changed My Life

We all experience different events in our lives. Some may not be much significant, while other could possibly put vital effects on us and change our lives entirely. Examples of many exciting and interesting moments in life include wedding, new career, first salary, commendable laurels and so on. These happenings keep changing during the course of our lives as our circumstances change.

Then, there are the few events that haunt us, the events that fall on us without our notice or our choice. The individual crises which most of us experience one or many times, such as unexpected call to us informing us of the demise of our loved ones, or a life changing accident, diagnosis, separation, loss of a job and so on. All these things have the potential to rapidly change the course and outlook of our life. Every day, we come across hundreds of people struggling through the crises which are not of their choice.

As usual, I opened my eyes around seven in the morning and saw that there was no change in me. I was still the same person with one leg; it felt as if I was a car without wheels. It all happened few years back in grade four that my ankle got broken and did not recover completely. Thus, it resulted in me spending most of the time on a wheelchair.

In 2006, I had a serious injury in my right ankle which had only 8% chances of getting cured and that was an extremely hard time for me.
