Introduction

The new understanding of health is that it encompasses physical, social, emotional, mental, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing. For this project we need volunteers to promotion of a holistic healthy lifestyle is widespread and growing, and includes encouraging people to stop doing things which harm health as well as promoting activities and lifestyle choices that improve health in all its aspects.
