Introduction

The family sociology analyzes the family as a unit of socialisation and as an institution, through various perspectives of sociology, in particular with regard to the association among the industrial capitalism and nuclear family, and the different roles of gender and childhood concepts of which arose with it. However, this paper will discuss to what extent it can be said that families are still central to the lives of children in Britain today. The decision for a child is without doubt a great challenge. Many young parents feel burdened by the around-the-clock care for their young children, by providing material and time constraints. They fear lasting professional disadvantages and feel after the birth of a child frequently, losses in their partnership together: less communication between the partners and a less satisfying sex, as we reported in family research (Feldman, 2005, pp.23-24).

Even today, most people want to live with children. Family and Children are an important source of meaning and happiness. 95 percent of parents of younger children and 84 percent of parents with young children to explain themselves as happy, while the population as a whole feels happy only 68 percent.

Nevertheless evident in young couples parents above average emotional fulfilment and increased happiness. This explains why 70 percent of parents of young children that she has recently once "felt like heaven, found life just wonderful," had. Of the total population, only 45 percent had such feelings.

They are on duty 24 hours a day, or at least willingness, 365 days a year and at least 18 years - and with each child. They also have to vote to all incidents with an administration that has two heads"(Slavin, 2006, pp.36-3).
