Female reproductive and sexual response systems

Introduction

In sexual health, the question of whether every woman has the same sexual feelings has been explored thoroughly, and the conclusion that has been reached is that in the same way that women and their personalities vary, the same holds true for their sexual drive. While some women are known to shun sex, others are quite passionate about it. However, according to medical and social research in sexual trends in females, a tremendous change has been felt in the past few decades. While in the mid 20th century most women were generally considered as not being interested in sex, and only a small group were enthusiastic about the idea, these numbers changed dramatically by the 21st century. Women spend years of experimenting with how they respond to sexual stimuli and examine their own sexual feelings in order to understand what suits them and what turns them off. A womans initial sexual response is warmth all over the body, when she is presented with stimuli. At the same time as this, her pulse quickens as well as a dilation of pupils. It is considered that in order to understand whether a woman is interested in a particular type, their dilated pupils are a clear way into forming an ...
