New Communication Structure for an Organization

The communication within an organization or company is a system of pathway through which flow of various messages occur. This structure makes an organization to communicate information to its employees. The effective communication plays a vital role in organization`s success and growth (McCroskey & Richmond, 2006). There are different aspects which can develop and maintain efficient communication within an organization i.e. organizational culture, active listening, conflict resolution, leadership strategies and formal & informal communication.
