Fire alarm system with 2 zones and control panel

Introduction

The Fire alarm system with 2 zones and control panel also known as the FA-102T Mircom is a control panel Fire Alarm uncoded, designed for small commercial, industrial and institutional. With its thin and beige neutral, fits perfectly into any decor. The FA-102T includes a printed circuit board that provides all the essential functions of a fire alarm system complete. It includes two gate circuits class B and alarm circuit class B of 1.7 A. The circuit alarms are protected against short-circuits one self-healing function. The FA-102T oversees the following defects: earth leakage, discharge or break the circuit of battery failure circuit wiring and trigger alarms and AC power loss. Trip circuit's cuts are monitored for circuit losses and power, the alarm circuits are monitored for cuts circuit, short circuit and an earth leakage. The FA-102T is equipped with LEDs for the following functions: zone alarm, failure area (AC), battery failure, leakage earth fault common fault signals, and stop signals. It also includes switches for disconnection and muting zones, the judgment of the internal buzzer and reset the system (Mircom, 2012). Following are the list of components with which we can identify a simple Fire alarm system with 2 zones and control panel:

Terminal Block AC main fuse: Allows connections to 120V or 230V AC (Power source) with fuse (5 A).

Terminal Block Transformer CA: Panel only ten zones. Allows connections between the two transformers primary (main power lift) and supply 120V or 230V AC (primary fuses).

Main Transformer: Transforms voltage 120V or 230V AC 24V AC voltage.

Power transformer (XTR): Optional. Available for ten panel's areas, it increases the power by raising the current NAC for ten zones.

Main circuit board: Allows connections to all channels. Also includes the control interface.

Control Interface: Includes buttons, LED indicators and circuit identification labels.

Housing: Contains the electronic circuits and battery reserve Panel. These latter can be, in some cases, located in an outer housing (BC2).

Accumulators Reserve: Provides secondary power and standby circuit's electronic panel in the absence of primary power.

Ties wraps: Used to secure the wiring layout and keep a reasonable distance drivers with or without limited supply

Discussion

The Fire alarm system with 2 zones and control panel have five areas of conventional fire alarm; a dialer (DACT) as well as integrated modules in series to the orientation signal and relay remote access. All these components are controlled by microprocessors. Rack-mountable, this workstation is ideal for simulating all new facilities that upgrades existing networks. It allows for small buildings and medium sizes, smoke detection and fire starts, indicating the presence occupants and transmits communications over a mailbox (Anonymous, 2010). IDC centers can be configured as Class A or Class B, or operate in following modes:

Alarm without checking the smoke detector

Alarm - check with the smoke detector and automatic reset zones contacts

Water flow alarm - without delay

Water flow alarm - with within 15 sec
