Introduction

This proposal is about awareness of emergency first aid training, to individuals, government sectors, schools and small scale businesses, training in occupational first aid to third world countries. The company that is being represented is NIBRAY. Trauma (from the Greek trauma - injury), damage to the tissues of the human or animal in violation of their integrity and function caused by external (mainly mechanical, thermal) effects. The consequences of lesions in time for their development are mentioned below.

At the time of injury or the first few hours after it - immediate (bleeding, shock, coma, damage to vital organs);

From several hours to several weeks after the injury - the next (festering wounds, peritonitis, sepsis, etc.);

Late (scarring of violating the organ function, traumatic epilepsy, a variety of anatomical and functional defects in organs and tissues).

Aims &Objectives

First Aid (first aid) - this type of assistance, which includes a set of simple health interventions carried out on the spot, and near it in case of accident, emergency, sudden illness or emergency, participants in an accident with time & attendance and available tools, in order of self- and mutual aid. The purpose of such assistance is to maintain the life and the preservation of health affected by the accident or of sudden illness before the start of the affected provision of skilled care.

First-aid for reducing the severity of the consequences of injury, reduces the level of disability among the victims, shortens recovery time after injury and allows an earlier return of the victim to the same work.

Practice shows that the first few minutes after the injury are crucial and determine the severity of the injury and outcome. According to the World Health Organization, 20% of the deaths could be saved if timely provided to them first aid. Many victims die from trauma during transport, and even in medical facilities as well as lost time for first-aid time leads to complications, are not compatible with life. The experience of first aid in cases of severe traumatic injuries suggests that the anti-shock activities carried out shortly after injury, reduce mortality by 25-30%.

The optimum is to provide first aid to the victim within 30 minutes after injury.

At the same time is extremely important is the timely recognition of the most life-threatening injuries suffered. All arrangements for first aid is carried out taking into account the type of lesion, its location and severity of the condition of the victim (Thygerson et.al 2012, pp. 10).
