The concept of Human Resource Department is quite high in every organization. There are several roles that organizations need to perform for managing the overall HR affairs in the organization. The foremost requirement is to assess the positive aspects and challenges of flexible working hours in the organization. The enforcement of this system has an ability of meeting the right standard of recruiting, and, retaining staff.
