Abstract

In this study we try to explore the concept of “Forensics” in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on “Data gathering” and its relation with “evidentiary support to a criminal case”. The research also analyzes many aspects of “forensic testing” and tries to gauge its effect on “case development and outcomes”. Finally the research describes various factors which are responsible for “gathering relevant and proper evidences” and tries to describe the overall effect of “Forensics” on “case analysis”.
