Racist and Genocidal acts such as this have been going on for many years, and should not be tolerated. In international law, misdeed of destroying, or committing conspiracy to destroy, the nationwide, ethnic, racial, or devout assembly is renowned as Genocide. It was characterized in conference on Prevention and Punishment of Crime of Genocide, which was taken up by United Nations General Assembly on December 9, 1948. The misdeed of Genocide has been pledged or tried many times in noted history. The best renowned example in this year's was attempt by Nazi Germany throughout 1930's and 1940's to destroy Jewish population of Europe, renowned as Holocaust. By end of World War II, 6 million Jews had been killed in Nazi concentration camps (Bauer, 14).

The known target of Nazi direct was Jewish extinction. In November 1938, soon after assassination of the German diplomat in Paris by the juvenile Jew, all synagogues in Germany were set on fire, windows of Jewish stores were shattered, and thousands of Jews were arrested. This 'Night of Broken Glass' (Kristallnacht) was the signal to Jews in Germany and Austria to depart as shortly as possible. Several century thousand persons were able to find refuge in other nations, but an almost equal number, encompassing numerous who were old or poor, stayed to face an unsure destiny. When conflict started in September 1939, German armed detachment occupied western half of Poland and supplemented nearly 2 million Jews to German power sphere.
