Introduction

Google is the leading Internet technology and advertising company in the world. Google co-operation was founded, by Larry Page and Sergey Brin and other students at Stanford University. It began in March 1996 as a research project by Larry Page and Sergey Brin, Ph.D. students at Stanford working on the Stanford Digital Library Project (SDLP). Their main aim was “to develop the enabling technologies for a single, integrated and universal digital library." And it was funded through the National Science Foundation among other federal agencies. The company specializes in Internet search engines and related advertising services. It maintains a website and other online content, which is indexed by its search engine, many free of charge. The company provides production, online advertising and these generate revenues. It also provides newspapers, radio and television advertising. In the U.S., Britain and other countries of the company it has headquartered in Mountain View, California, with the employees approximately 20,222. In December there was a growth of 31.3% in 2007 compared to the current financial year the company recorded income of 21,795.6 million (Kulthau.1991.361-371).

The company obtained most of their income in the search results sale of advertising. Google hired the company disposed of space innovation system; i.e. the company will only pay for advertising space for Google if the customer "hits" in their advertising. Google has become the world's most popular search engine because of its greater accuracy of the results related to advertising revenue at an alarming rate (Guynn, 2008, 56-69) Google provides a chance to bear measurable, cost-effective online advertising at any given page of information displayed on advertising revenue. This makes the advertising useful to us and the advertiser who has brought benefits. Google thinks you should know that when someone paid to put in the mail in front of you, so they always search results or other content from different online advertising. They do not sell the search results ranking, but also allow people to pay a higher ranking. For Google's success, the key reason is a good idea can and should come from anywhere in the faith. In the early success of Google is based on several key factors. (Mann.2007.57-69)

User experience: Google focuses on the user's experience, its services and revenue by optimizing a second advantage.

Technology: With its innovative approach to page ranking, Google is a multi-purpose server hardware vendors to build their own factory from the direct purchase of all components.

Idea: Give employees demand "free thinking time" to develop the idea of small projects, from the company's central vision, no matter how far it carries.

Business model innovation. Through the improvement of the nature of targeted ads, Google not only creates income, it will produce what their customers want to be very effective to provide a better source of experience. This is Google's goal is to at least the relevant and useful search results as their target audience of advertising.
