Introduction

In a sociological perspective, the university is first and foremost as formal organization to understand. It embodies a form of structural building, increasingly in the history of modern society. The university has gained importance (businesses, churches, political parties, and sports clubs). Organization is in a first approximation, a membership association rests on specifiable rules that bind the members. The most striking feature of the university as an organization is that this organization is of equal importance to two functional systems of the modern participates in modern society: the educational system and on. Role conflicts within groups

Role conflict occurs when the individual is faced with conflicting or incompatible expectations from superiors or colleagues, or when these expectations are contrary to our values, beliefs or goals. Communication problems among group members

Communication is a phenomenon inherent in the relationship group of living things by which they obtain information about their environment and other environments and are able to involve others by sharing this information.
