Introduction

Today we live in a world no longer contained in the nation-state business, tourism, information, illnesses, environmental pollution, the idea of all the constant flooding across national borders. Transnational corporations (TNCs) operate in many countries simultaneously, which contributes in no small part in the process of economic, political, social and cultural globalization is happening.

In the late 20 th century, the global tourism activity is estimated to cost $ 3.5 trillion (Sharpley et al, 2002, p. 45). As shown in Figure tourism had a major impact on the global economy, hence it was adopted by many third world countries striving for development. This idea that tourism is good for the economy has increased interest in the development, planning, government regulations and policies in the field of tourism.

Analyses of The Role Of Interest Groups In Tourism Policy-Making

Interest Groups have been effective in history since time immemorial. International flows of people, information and products is nothing new. The ancient silk route which ran between China and the Roman Empire was founded in 100BC around. The route length of more than 6000 km made silk, porcelain, and then, from east to west, came in exchange of gold, silver and natural curiosities inaccessible in China. Powerful transnational organizations such as the Vatican, whose influence extended over much of Europe, have been around for thousands of years. However, the extent to which international trade now takes place on an unprecedented scale, both in size and strength (WTO, 1997 p. 47).

However, the Industrial Revolution and the French Revolution paved the way for the emergence of capitalism from its feudal past. Global capitalism swept the world, as previously worldview, an ideology with many practical achievements. Very few places are free from its influence, as Sklair wrote: "This system has evolved over the centuries, gradually penetrating all those with disposable income." (Sklair PG. 48). the idea of "western" Dominant and lifestyle are conducted in a wave of capitalism are exported to countries in the second and the third world in the first place, dramatically powerful transnational corporations (TNCs).
