Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to make discussion on the ethical, legal, managerial and financial implications of any health care issue. Health care management issues have its considerations as the most important issues in the health care field. It is very important for the health care management to take care of the ethical, legal, managerial and financial implications of the issues in health care management.

Discussion

Health care field is always full of many issues. The issues can be of different terms. It can be the financial issues, the managerial issues, legal or ethical issues. It is necessary for the health care management that it should keep into account these issues, and understand the basics of these issues (Katharine, 2005). These issues can be hazardous for the health care field; therefore, it is necessary for the health care management to take the precautionary measures against such issues.

Ethical Implications of Health Care Issues Ethics are the core for any business practice. Just like the other industries, it is also necessary for the health care industry, that it should follow the proper ethics while managing the health care issues. It is necessary for the health care management that it should not exploit the ethics, and solve the issues in accordance with the ethics of health care. Grace (10) has argued that medical ethics "is an attempt to enter values in making health care decisions increase their quality (Norma, 2006, 90)."
