Hiring Process basically refers to all the steps which an organization follows in hiring the right candidates for their organization. Flow chart serves as an accurate demonstration of the steps to be followed by an organization in the process of hiring the right people for their organization.The organization which I selected involves nine steps in its hiring process. These steps are listed below.

Understanding the job description and advertising the job opening.

Searching the right resume for the job.

Contacting the candidates and offering the value proposition.

Telephone interview is conducted with the right candidates.

Forwarding the resume to the human resources for further consideration.

Scheduling interview with the selected candidates.

Follow up with the interviewed candidates.

Offering job to the successful candidates.

This organization follows the concept of a flow chart to maintain an effective hiring process within the organization. Flow chart helps the organization to follow these steps efficiently and hire the right candidates for the right job.

Flow Chart - Demonstration of Relationship between Steps Involved in the Hiring Process

Flow chart is basically a diagram which demonstrates a systematic way of performing a task. Flow chart presents the relationship between the steps as it allows an organization to follow the steps involved in the hiring process in a sequence. It demonstrates the hiring process in the form of a hierarchy. An organization could not go to the next step without the completion of previous step.
