Introduction

Organizations and individuals try numerous diverse marketing strategies every day, where some of the strategies that are implemented assist them to become prosperous and affluent, on the other hand, some strategies are left wanting in one aspect or another. In some cases where one marketing strategy seems to be beneficial, it even seems like to have some element missing from the entire experience. Today, if we want to compete in the competitive world, it is better to investigate different and diverse marketing strategies, which rejuvenates the sprit along with marketing style. A diverse and new form of marketing strategy in which an individual can discover multiple of aspects like Spirit Selling, Integrity Selling, and Spiritual Marketing is called Holistic Marketing (Rao, 2011).

Holistic Marketing can be defined as concept based on the development, design, and implementation of marketing programs, activities and process, which identify their interdependencies and breadth. Holistic marketing identifies that everything matters in marketing, along with organizations should have wide and integrated prospective (Sheth, 2006).

Discussion

Holistic Marketing is a viable tool for every business, which can even include consultants, therapists, and practitioner, or any other type or nature of business, who aims to market itself effectively and efficiently. The initial step towards holistic marketing is soul searching process, where an individual needs to investigate the present situation and what it wants to achieve it life. Develop and ask questions that will assist in investigating inner strengths and weakness, and then pounder that how these strengths can be drawn. Another step after soul searching is to discover what you and your client has in common, which can make client feel contented and develop trust in person who they are doing business with, which is essential for every nature of business. Example, we will never go and see the doctor, with whom we are not comfortable (Morgan, 1996).

The other part of holistic marketing individuals should be in marketing framework everyday, who is marketing their products or skills. No matter of a business is of a grocery store or it is an office, it should be marketed every day in order to be triumphant. This relatively does not imply that marketer should be in face of consumer all the time, or push its services or products; however, holistic marking is a natural approach of marketing. It is similar to making new acquaintance or friends, where a person has to be nice, friendly, and confident regarding its skills and products, rather than having aim and objective of mere selling (Blythe, 2005).
