Biography

Harland David Sanders was born on a ranch in Henryville, Indiana on September 9, 1890. His parents, Wilbert Sanders, a butcher, and Margaret Ann Dunleavy, a homemaker, furthermore had two junior children. Sanders' dad past away when he was five, so his mother took a job peeling tomatoes in a canning manufacturer and acquired additional cash by stitching at night.
