The project

The concept of tourism and hospitality represents a system of ideas about strategic goals, objectives and priorities for development of tourism and hospitality industry, and should serve as a guide for public authorities, local governments in implementing policies for the development of tourism and hospitality. Hospitality is providing reception services for a fee, the organization of tourist business is a collective term that includes various forms of enterprise in the market for the reception and accommodation of guests. In the hospitality industry includes four main areas: food, accommodation, transportation and recreation (Chang 2007, 45).

The construction site is located on the reconstruction of the street. The construction site is a built-up area with a slope of the surface in a northerly direction. On the west side of building area is bordered by nine-storey building of the hostel. On the north side - with a planned area landscaped lawn and planted with trees. Construction site

The composition of the construction site includes the following items:

1.Existing nine-storey dormitory building;

2.The projected one-story restaurant building;

4.Ground containers for garbage;

5.Site sidewalks and entrances;

6.Water supply, heat supply, gas, sewer, power lines.

Master plan

The Master Plan addressed the placement of buildings and structures on the site around the existing building restaurant. To communicate with a network of urban roads project includes reconstruction of existing roads and the entrance area on the north side of the building the restaurant.
