Introduction

In recent decades, international tourism has taken a giant leap to become one of the largest and most profitable sectors of the world economy. It accounts for 7 percent of the total investment, 5 percent of all tax revenue and a third of world trade in services. In this paper, we will mainly focus on the training side of the hospitality industry as how it effects on globalization. There will be a number of factors presented in the paper in the light of effects of training on globalization in the hospitality industry.

In the mid 80's, the demand of tourism in Western and European countries revealed new trends. They were caused by a number of factors of economic and social order, as well as changes in the modern man psychology. Decisive influence on the structure of tourism consumption had a worsening effect on the economic conditions. Crisis in the industrialized countries were accompanied by a sharp drop in purchasing power.
