I believe humans are born neutral. The environment that the individual is subjected to after birth has the effect of influencing the behavior to be good or bad. I believe no person is truly neutral. After that person's basic personality has been formed? it displays a majority good or bad orientation. Of course? human behavior fluctuates between good and bad behavior? but the underlying orientation of an individual is always there and it is created by the environment during the individual's formative years. Internet access? The Discovery Channel? and travel to foreign lands and museums are modes of education many middle to upper middle-class individuals are able to access on a regular basis. This creates greater access to learning. As was previously mentioned? technology has a direct effect on humor development and learning. Computers have changed structure of learning in our nation. The technology of the internet makes available literature ...
