Our staffing agency, which is involved in the provision of Temporary and Contractual Employees is based in Oregon, focusing on two important regions; regions being Portland and Bend. The Staffing Agency, more commonly known as Headhunters are typically involved in rendering employment services. The services could either be provided to the employers or it may be to help those who are seeking employment. This however may differ from company to company and is usually defined by their objectives. Our Staffing Agency would be a smaller firm, more hands-on, devoid of multiple levels of management and would follow proactive approaches. We would focus upon the firms seeking human resource and provide them with required assistance. Our major chunk of service would revolve around the provision of temporary and contractual employees.

The geographic area we would focus especially is the city of Portland and Bend; thus our staffing organization would pre-dominantly be based in the city of Portland in US state of Oregon. The reason behind setting up our firm in Oregon is the fact highlighted by a recent survey showing that a greater number of businesses are starting up in Oregon; particularly in Bend depicting that the entrepreneurial spirit in the city as on its all-time high.
