HR Communication Management

Executive Summary

Human capital is the greatest asset available to a modern production organization. In order to meet the challenges of a sophisticated environment, and to achieve the objectives of competitiveness; firms have to mobilize, renew and manage their human resource management techniques.

Successful experiences have shown that internal communication has a dual purpose, one it binds the organization around the "Project Company" and secondly, it mobilizes, motivates and commits to human capital in the production process of goods and services.

An effective communication strategy is not limited to the simple provision of information "down" (direction / workers), and requires careful planning to become part of the culture of the company, and attend to each and every one of the elements that make up that strategy.
